Would definitely reccomend staying here. Friendly staff with good levels of English, amazing complimentary breakfast, coffee/snacks out in lobby all day. Also located in a great part of Bogotá close to awesome bar, restaurant & shopping area.Only small complaint was the beds are a little hard.

Good quality hotel, in a north Bogota location, but central to its local area for shopping, cafes, restaurants. Bar in hotel and good breakfast available each morning inside hotel. 24 hour front desk and security.

They get a lot of points from me for friendly service, good location, cleanliness, and many of the staff speak English, for which I am grateful.
But there is no heating in the rooms. Bogota can be downright freezing at night. I can't even fathom how no other reviews are mentioning this. Hope you brought a lot of sweaters, or you'll be miserable.response / report this review -

Great location and really good service!
We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights while visiting Bogotá. The hotel is located in a great area (right next to the restaurants and bars area), the service was really good and friendly (they even let us borrow bikes to cycle around the ciclovia). The hotel and its rooms are really comfortable as well. The buffet breakfast is also pretty good.response / report this review -

A great location with lots of bars and resturants near by. The rooms are simple but clean and the staff are very friendly. Would stay here again.
