Los funcionários son muy Amables y atentos, bien ubicado, y el desayuno es muy Bueno. Los cuartos de frente son muy ruidosos y por no tener aire (aca és frio entonces no se sente mucho lá falta) tienes que dejar lá ventana un poco abierta

No se por donde partir bueno lo hare cronologicamente es 100% recomendable para las personas que les guste la humedad sus habitaciones carecen de ventilacion y calefaccion . Si les llegan a cambiar las sabanas es por que estan de fiesta yo saque la cuenta de los 12 dias que estube en realidad eran 13 pero soporte 12 que me cambiaron las sabanas solo 1 ves la diferencia entre hacer una cama y estirarla es notable cada ves la frasada quedaba mas corta el baño y su olor a humedad lo recordare por siempre y su falta de aseo .para que decir de los 5 dias que pase sin luz en el baño al final me converti en electrico un dia lo reconosco baje a desayunar tarde le pregunto a vanesa si puedo tomar desayuno me dice que no tiene nada para ofrecer ..salgo a comprar algo y cuando regreso estaba tomando cafe. Un cafe creo yo no se le niega a nadie .por otro aspecto antes de ayer el agua del baño salia turbia color marron y para variar ayer se corto la luz y tube que bajar las escaleras con ayuda de la linterna de mi celular ya que no cuentan con luces de emergencias .se nota que cambiaron la administracion realmente no lo recomiendo a personas que quieran pasar unos dias agradables ya que es un verdadero circo solo puedo agradecer la buena labor y voluntad de williams .pero todo lo demas es nefasto

Good, well located place next to the convention center and close to the airport. A safe place and easy to get to the downtown and other touristic places of Bogotá. Beware if you can't sleep with loud noised since the constant plabe traffic around the area

Hello there. We reserved the hotel for 5 days online, but when we got to the hotel, we changed to reservation for only 3 days and we paid for 3 days. At the end of the three days when we were checking out, he threatened us that if we didn't pay for the full 5 days, that he would charge are credit card no matter what. He did not let us leave and we told him that we came from Canada and he would not believe us so he said that was going to make us pay even more because according to him we live in Colombia. When we showed him that we had proof he accepted it but he ignored it and did not look at it. We settled the 3 days with another worker there and when we told him that we would wait for the other worker to come so that the worker could tell him about the 3 day agreement we had, he threatened us and said that it didn't matter what the other worker said, that he is the manager and that he can do what ever he wants. He pressured us to sign a paper. Not only that but when we first got to the hotel he changed us to another room without our permission! From 5th floor to 2nd floor. The room was small, cold and no windows. The noise was terrible, you could hear the phone ringing from the 1st floor and the toilets did not flush properly, the sink was broken, and the bathroom smelled terrible all the time. Worst experience and we definitely to not recommend this hotel. De lo peor por favor, tienen que traducir esto al español.

El hotel tiene cómodas habitaciones , el servicio es amable y diligente . La zona donde se encuentra es de alto tráfico vehicular y con nivel de ruido pues cerca instalan sistemas de sonido a vehículos haciendo esto algo incómodo
