  Faulty Towers. Keys didn't work. WiFi didn't work. Aircon didn't work. Clean and simple room.

  Customer service was great here. Odd rule allowing no guests to enter hotel at any hours. Service desk was friendly and allow laundry service. Pricing was based on weight of load

  Great location! Walking distance to the park and not too close to the noise. Rooms are spacious and clean.
  
  My two complainant are the following. 1. My fiancé forgot her ID and the manner which we were spoken to was too harsh for that small mistake.
  
  2. I locked by wallet and passport in the safety box without first programming it correctly. The simple solution is to get the hotel to open it. They have the key to it. But the person with the key is off and if that person is off, the hotel doesn't have another one on the property. The hotel expected me to pay a locksmith to open it. I ended up not being able to open the safe and without access to my belongings for a day. If I had to leave to catch a flight, I would have been in a lot of trouble because of this hotel policy.
