Nice hotel located across the street from one of the largest Malls in Medellin.

The hotel was very well serviced and had a quick service on arrival. The rooms were large and there was a great view of Medellin through the large windows. On the top floor, you can have a great breakfast and have an even better view of the city. There is also a large shopping mall nearby.

Hotel is right across the street from large mall ( great place to pick up lunch before you explore Medellin). Mall also has grocery store on bottom floor to get neccesities. Hotel is very clean and staff are friendly. Free wifi. Breakfast included, may be dependent on room type. I am traveling alone, but use uber ( with hotels wifi) my cell phone carrier doesn't work here. And taxis to come back to hotel. Taxis are easy to get. If you are not fluent in Spanish make sure to have address of your hotel written down and you will be golden!

Love iteveryone is nice, the hotel is clean, quiet, cozy they offer almost anything you need and there's a pharmacy/store in the building. Across the street is a nice mall. The place is Fantastic

This is absolutely the worst hotel that I've stayed at in Medellin. The beds are very hard, the customer service is horrendous. They even charge you extra money that you don't know about until after you leave the city and look at your credit card statement. It's a scam that they charged the extra amount and the excuse they use is that it should have been charged to the online carrier and they made a mistake. I can imagine how much money they're getting away with by doing the same thing over and over to American tourists daily
