Bed bugs in my bed, i killed 2 and had about 50 bites over 2 nights. Its a small pokey joint which gets really hot. The staff are stoned or drunk most of the time and the stereo drove me insane.

Ok if not too busy at times. Looks clean, showers ok but the fact is I don't know where I got bitten so bad but the truth is when I left this place I was covered in some really nasty bites abd still got scars three months later. Nice staff made it up to me. Do not do laundry here. Go and pay more somewhere else. Worth every penny and it will be washed not smelling sweaty for you! In a bit of a dodgy neighbourhood. Be careful after sunset!

Alquilamos la habitacion con aire acondicionado pero era muy ruidosa. Se escuchaba todo de la habitación de al lado. Lo positivo es que esta bien ubicado. Cerca del casco historico

High ceiling dormitory is so nice :) helpful staff and nice, secure location. Beds are changed daily and clean facilities! Easy to socialize :)

Staff constantly left the kitchen a mess so you had to wash their dishes to use them, they ate my food, they smoked marijuana and drank beer all day, when we had a miscommunication and I left my bag there overnight they forced me to pay 20,000 by 8 of them circling me then, locking the door, grabbing my bags out of my hand, one spat in my face, another pretended to call the police, one yelled I had bad Karma, another screamed that things were different in Columbia and if they said I owed money I did and someone else called me all kinds of disgusting names. All this while I was crying and trying to explain that I told them I'd stay on the week days for 4 weeks but on weekends I'd leave my bags there and stay with friends. I can only hope that they actually didn't understand me not that they deliberately did this to get my money. When I finally paid them I'm sure the guy didn't put it on the books as they still abuse me in the streets. Luckily apart from the disgusting individuals that work and live there I have met mostly good people and with the 6 other hostels I've stayed at in Cartagena I've had no issues. Do your self a favour and avoid this place at all costs. On several nights staff also partied until after 2am and when I asked them if they could turn the music down slightly they just said no and kept partying.

Es cómoda, pero mucha gente en una misma habitación, mas de 6, es grande la habitación pero las mochilas quedan bloqueando los pasos por la cantidad de camas, los baños pueden ser mejores, la cocina es un poco pequeña para la cantidad de personas. precio-calidad no conviene(20 mil pesos colombianos).
