It is a great deal with everything that comes included in the package. And the property is nice. However, the rooms could use an update and the bathrooms are in poor condition. The staff are very accommodating and incredibly kind.

One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. the staff and the owners were very friendly and accommodating. They took us out ziplining on their property. The hotel itself is right in the coffee zone so it is quite temperate. Absolutely an amazing experience and would return here in a hearbeat :)

A great coffee farm. A little bit off the tourist trail, but a piece of luxury tucked away up in the coffee hills. This finca has clean rooms and tidy bathrooms with plenty of hot water. The restaurant often has good local dishes on the menu. For me the best bit was flying over the plantation on zip wires at great speed. Helpful staff and a quiet tranquil environment with perhaps some of the best coffee I've ever tasted.

Lo visitamos para hacer canopí y almorzar, sin embargo el servicio del restaurante fue lento, preguntamos por entradas y no vendían nada para picar, y para ordenar limón y sal no tocó esperar que alguien nos viera porque los empleados libres usaban su celular.
En el canopí no fue diferente nos tomo más de una hora esperar para que el guía a cargo (Gustavo) decidiera salir, el mismo que antes decidió permitirle a un niño que no debía cruzar varios puentes, por no haber estado en capacidad de explicar el porqué no cuando el niño en cuestión pregunto, mientras 6 personas esperaban hasta que alguien se molesto .
El lugar es bonito pero parece que muchos de sus colaboradores requieren supervisión permanente para no abusar del celular o de su autoridad. Mi consejo si los visita es pregunte bien sobre el cargo de quién lo atiende, dónde, y los tiempos u horarios determinados para ciertas actividades y asegúrese que no esté full pues en ese caso será difícil que lo vean y le ofrezcan algún servicio.

Un lugar agradable para pasar un rato de diversión, sus canopys son largos y desarrollan buena velocidad, me parecen muy seguros y los guías muy atentos. También ofrece servicio de comida y dormida

Beautiful grounds, lovely rooms, very well maintained. Staff is friendly. We were impressed with the overall quality of el Bosque del Salman.
