Very nice hotel, very clean, good staff. The view is on the port of Buenaventura. Accessibility for wheel chair is rough.

Cozy, but needs to improve guests attention. Towels & bath supplies must be delivered daily! Food: 3 stars.

Definitely the best hotel to stay in Buenaventura. It have a five star service with a great restaurant next to the lobby. Rooms are very modern with great architecture inside the building.

This is a new hotel with state-of-the-art facilities. Best place by far to stay at Buenaventura, nice and clean rooms, nice views of the coast and port, free and convenient continental breakfast, beautiful edgeless pool. The service tough still a little away from being top of the line. They seems to be understaffed at the check in, the check-in process for first time visitors is long and somehow complicated. Overall, best choice for Buenaventura, I wont stay anywhere else.
