El dÃa 26/01/17, habiendo comprado a esta agencia pasajes de ida y de vuelta a Cabo San Juan, nos tocó embarcarnos en la lancha "Arcángel Uriel", donde fuimos vÃctimas de hurto por parte de un integrante de la tripulación. Al momento de emprender el regreso, se nos indicó que le dejáramos el equipaje (mochilas) a un muchacho, en la playa, a una distancia considerable de la embarcación, desde donde no podÃa verse a la persona que dentro de la lancha guardaba el equipaje en la bodega, cuyo nombre creemos que es Mauro. Estamos completamente seguros de que en ese momento nos sustrajeron (robaron) 400.000 pesos colombianos de la billetera.

Der Transport kam 40 minuten zu spät, obschon wir die ersten waren, die aufgeladen wurden. Sprich wir mussten danach noch 30 minuten andere aufsammeln. Das hatte zur Folge das wir erst sehr spät ankamen. Beim Eingang angekommen sagte uns der Fahrer auf spanisch wir sollen nun rein und dort den Bus nehmen und den Zettel mit dem Namen Ariel dem Fahrer geben. Dies war ein Colectivo Bus für alle.
Als wir wieder zurück wollten wussten wir nicht ob uns nun der Fahrer im Park oder draussen warten müssen. Somit versuchten wir wieder mit dem Colectivo Bus zum Eingang zu fahren, welcher uns aber ohne ein Ticket nicht mitnehmen wollte. Er sagte uns jedoch das unser Bus in den Park fahren wird. Wir warteten und als der Bus bereits eine viertel Stunde zu spät war, telefonierte eine Einheimische welche mit uns reiste in der Welt herum damit der Fahrer entlich kommt. Zuletzt war unser Fahren 40 Minuten zu spät immer noch nicht da und wir konnten dank der Einheimischen mit einem anderen Bus zurück. (Welcher viel zu klein war, so das wir wie Batteriehühner zurückfshren durften. Ganze 2 Stunden.) Ich weiss bis heute nicht ob unser Bus überhaupt erschienen wäre. Der Bus in dem wir anschliessen sassen fuhr noch auf Santa Marta um dort noch Leute abzuladen und nicht direkt nach Taganga.
Fazit: Immer 40 Minuten zu spät oder gar nicht erschienen. Mangel an Informatioen und sehr enge unmenschliche Busse. Nie wieder!response / report this review -

Gracias a quienes visitan Taganga, yo difiero con la opinion del AUDRAN BOROWSKI, ya que recibi muy buena atención por parte del grupo de Ecoturismo Taganga, son muy amables, en todo momento estuvieron pendientes de nuestra salida y casualmente hicimos el recorrido con el grupo que estaba Audran, que por cierto en todo momento discutian hasta con los vendedores ambulantes. A los señores que muy amablemente nos transportaban los trataron como si fueran sus empleados, es un grupo de cuatro personas que da muy mal trato a quien bien les estaba atendiendo.

It was a really bad experience with this company, what you can expect is :
-Misinformation for the entrance in the national parc, be aware that they are special prices for students and they are not going to prevent you
- When you go to the national parc, they do not book for you, they are just a driver agency and you have to spend half a hour in the queue when some other companies booked it
- Prices are high compare to the service, they make you believe that you are going to be with a guide when they just bring you at the entrance
- Security is not always good, during our trip we get child life jacket and a person lost a part of his finger because they were not careful about surrending boats
- Also some boats are not in a good condition, one boat get its engine done when coming back
- Office people sell you dreams but they are not able to offer it, and when you go to complain they act in an agressive manner and scare you, they could just act in a smart way, understand your point and be better for next clients

En respuesta al comentario realizado por el señor BRAUN, de nacionalidad ARGENTINA, aclaro, que los señores solo pagaron en la agencia, la reserva de un camping para cinco personas, y fue lo que recibieron en CABO SAN JUAN, y en cuanto al detalle de golpes y amenazas, especifique quien y porque les respondieron a sus insultos y agresiones. Si usted se acerca un sitio e inicia tratando a las personas que se encuentran allÃ, con palabras soeces como CUEVA DE DROGADICTOS, LADRONES, PROSTITUTAS MAFIOSOS, ESTAFADORES, Y ADEMAS QUIEN SABE SI VIOLADORES y demas, obviamente no va a encontrar soluciones favorables, ya que estas palabras no fueron solo para quienes los atendian sino direccionadas a todo un

Avoid!! It's the worst! We booked a trip to Cinto. They out us in a unreliable, small boat totally unfit for the big, harsh waves of the coast. We had to change boats in the middle of the water. The boat cracked with every wave. The waves in the area are 3 to 4 times taller than the glass-fiber boat. They could easily break the boat or sink it in a bad day. The crew doesn't care at all if you get sick and they recklessly approach the rocks and big waves. They dropped us in a different beach, we had to walk a very steep and sharp rocky path to reach the other side. When we complained of all of this to the people at the office, they didn't care at all. They said "you are in your right to go to the police" worst boat trip in my life. Just stay clear. Take the waking road to Tayrona. It's prettier, cheaper and safer. Avoid!!!

Fiz dois passeios com eles, Minca e a praia de Cinto no parque tayrona. Os passeios foram ótimos, o atendimento deles também é bem atenciosos e sempre liga para confirmar os pacotes fechados. Super recomendo.
