  El lugar es muy bonito, tiene mucha variedad en comidas y snacks, el servicio también es muy bueno. Recomendado para familias o personas que prefieran todo incluido en un solo lugar. La playa del hotel también es una gran atracción de la cual se puede disfrutar sin limitaciones.

  this place is really good, customer service needs to be improve, one of the managers silfredo is really good and professional, he help me with my celiac problem with recommendations..one of the problems with this pace is the Internet service(not Internet in the room, the only place is the lobby, really bad experience with this when the Internet is so important.
  also the customer service in the travel agency to plan activities around the city was terrible really bad attitude from the personal , you can find better customer service by the beach outside the hotel.
  but is something can improve by training this people with more customer service class.
  hotel and installations are good.

  Needs updating, no free wi-fi, no potable water (rather dirty), you have to wake up early to make dinner reservations (around 6:30 am). Although it is not bad, it's just not worth the money.
