I received a bad service from them, I live in Australia, with a very large time difference, when I was quoting the services for the creation of a website, for online sale, they at that time answered me during overtime in Colombia, no The day or the hour did not matter for the doubts that we had, when I decided to take the service with them and made the first payment, everything was complicated and this stopped being the case.
They also give you a period of time, which is not fulfilled at all. In my specific case they said from 20 to maximum 30 days of delivery, and it was 2 months for delivery, double what was agreed.
They have the processes "created and established" in the company, a very good topic, BUT this must be without harming the client in terms of time, it happened to me that you as a client have to be aware that each process delivers what it has to deliver, because if you do not ask for it, it is not completed or delivered.
