I bought a ticket from San Gil to Bucaramanga and tried to pay with credit card. The lady told me that my card doesn't work, so I gave her cash. Now I noticed that money was gone from my account. It means I paid twice because maybe they like to steal from foreigners who don't understand the language well. This company should be ashamed of themselves.

Pay 20,000 for a 6,000 ticket from Barichara to San Gil. I neglected and he gave me 4,000 back. I told him that I had paid him 20,000 and he said no, 10,000. The lady who attended on the morning of 1/31 in Barichara STOLE ME. I asked him to see the cameras and he refused. The company should do something about it. It's a shame how they take advantage of tourists. That way you don't want to use the service anymore.

Envían una encomienda el día 22 de febrero a las 11 am de Bucaramanga para san gil , vamos a reclamarlo a la 5 pm y no han llegado la señora secretaria de cootrasangil terminal , se pone de mal genio no soluciona nada al ver la situación los conductores llaman a los que estan viajando y dicen que el sobre esta en la ofician del terminal y después de dos horas (7 pm ) dice que debe estar en el carry , que vengan mañana, y al otro día tampoco los encuentran lo único que dicen es se perdió el sobre y nada soluciona nada.

This is the only bus running between Barichara and San Gil and whilst the service is OK, the man in the ticket office in San Gil charged me for 2 seats instead of one, despite me very clearly being on my own. Funnily enough the prices are not listed in the office. The only time (or at least the only apparent time) that I was ripped off in Colombia for being a tourist. And reading other reviews for this company it seems it is a common practice.

Es la sola empresa con servicio entre San Gil y Barichara. Mientras el servicio del conductor fue muy bien, el hombre en la oficina en San Gil me cobro 2 personas cuando fue muy obvio que estaba viajando sólo. La única vez (o la única vez obvio) que alguien me abuso por estar turista en Colombia.

Cotrasangil presta muy bien servicio, pero deben evitar los reprocesos. Una buseta directa Barichara - Bucaramanga, con cupo completo para qué se tiene que presentar en el terminal de Sangil???? Es un desgaste inútil de tiempo y combustible. Gracias.

HOY 21 DE NOVIEMBRE ABORDE LA BUSETA DE COTRASANGIL DE NUMERO INTERNO 7023 CON DESTINO AL SOCORRO A LAS 18 HORAS TREITA MINUTOS Y PASO LO SIGUIENTE..AL MOMEMTO DE ABORDAR LA BUSETA EL CONDUCTOR INRESPOMSABLE, ARRANCO EL AUTOMOTOR Y ME CAI, NO PUDE TENERME PORQUE TEMGO EL BRAZO EMYESADO,GRACIAS DIOS NO ME FRACTURE EL OTRO BRAZO, PERO ME HICE EMATOMAS EN LA PIERNA Y RODILLA Y HOMBRO ,POR FAVOR TENGA ENCUENTA MI QUEJA PARA MEJARAR EL SERVICIO,
