  Cons: Rooms are small with squeaky beds that make noisy every time you move. Air conditioning is old and extremely noisy (207). Windows didn't close properly and you could hear the noise from they kitchen from 6am so not able to sleep after that time. Seems like the wasnt a Not Noise Policía after certain hours coz we had to deal with people talking loud until midnight. Toilets are small and they don't have a bathmat so all the floor in the bathroom kept wet most of the time. Hot water is not hot enough so you better have a quick shower. Breakfast is ok but not great. Parking is extremely tight.
  Pros: Staff is super helpful.

  Small rooms with Windows just to the staircase, small bathrooms, no air conditioning in the heat, just a fan. No fridge or safe. Breakfast was just terrible. The worst breakfast we had in Colombia.
  Reception was helpful. Location is not very good as it's really in the edge of the town but everything is pretty close in San Gil.
  I would avoid this hotel.

  Todos los trabajadores se esmeran por la atención al cliente. Precio por persona es aceptable y justo. Habitaciones cómodas según lo solicitado.

  Buen servicio y ubicacion. Puntos negativos la habitacion q me dieron estaba estrecha y tenia una nevera vieja q no servia. Por lo demas buena ubicacion, deliciosa comida y bien atendidos el personal muy amable y cordial.
