A wonderful, relaxing massage for my partner and I. The massuers were professional and attentive. The spa area itself is tranquil and relaxing. Highly recommend!

The massage itself was lovely. But unfortunately I was charged for a 60 minutes massage when the massage itself was around 35minutes. It’s a shame as the staff were nice and the massage was good, but I asked them about this at the end and they said 60minutes including the time it took to get changed, but it took me a total 5 minutes, so that didn’t account for the other 20.

My friend and i went to Cali, Colombia for the weekend also spa day, we found this place and we truly love it.
We did a couple spa for 2 hours with massage, exfoliant and steam room. In addition they gave us fruits and natural tea all the time.
We also visited the doctor at the 3rd floor and couple of Botox here and there were enough to feel rejuvenated and totally relax.
Customer service is outstanding I highly recommended.

Today I was charged 45,000 more for a massage just because I was a tourist. I also had 50,000 go missing from my backpack during the massage they pretended like nothing happened.
