Casa Borbon has very nice employees that are helpful explaining things to do about town. The rooms are smaller in size, but very clean. My room was situated on the front of the building with an excellent vista of the green mountainous region. Most of the furnishings are all new which was also a bonus.
The primary issue at this location is noise. They are doing construction immediately next door - i.e. on the other side of the bedroom wall - not all rooms are in this situation. They start at 7AM, and the guys who are doing the work are constantly telling stories, jokes, yelling and whistling. When construction stops - guessing by March, it will be better, but you do get a bunch of ambient town noise which is to be expected.
Again, very good people here, a nice room, but the noise can be a bit much. If you get up at 6 or 7 AM everyday you'll be fine.response / report this review -

We left after 2 nights because the noise in the rooms was unreal. Not only did construction start next door at 5 am but the shutters of our room opened into the breakfast spot. SOOOOO MUCH NOISE!
