Would definitely recommend Cartagena Divers! Unfortunately, the day I was to go diving, the weather was terrible and the visibility was too low to do a safe dive. The staff were incredibly apologetic and insisted on a full refund. I tried to reason that they can’t control the weather but they still insisted on a refund. The staff was very friendly and professional the entire time. Although my short trip didn’t end up allowing for a dive, I would definitely use this company next time I visit!

Very professional and attentive staff. We were two inexperienced divers and one snorkeling client. The diving sites were marvelous and the water very warm (mid august). We would definitely come back and recommend it to others. We could write more but we won't spoil the surprise. Have fun!

Out of all my 20 dive experiences, this one was the best. These guys had their act together and had the best equipment and crew.

All rental equipment was in great shape and worked properly. The bottles were even charged up to 3200psi. The boat, hachi I, was a smooth ride in the rough water and also in great shape

As soon as i was about to get on the boat, they collected the shoes in a bin and kept the entire boat roomy and clean despite there being 12+ people on it.

We were 4 to a dive master and he went above and beyond what a normal dive was and took us through an amazing experience!

We did reserve a dive, and then, they had a bigger group coming, so they bump us the next day without asking. When we showed up at the diving shop - they started lying and trying to insinuate that we actually asked for the following day. All in all, they are only after your money and don't care about wasting your precious vacation days.
