Went for 2 dives with them yesterday out to the rosario islands. Was a great group to dive with. They are very understanding and organized people, their guides are very professional with great attitudes, everyones english was great. We had an amazing experience with this dive shop, would do it again and highly recommend them.

I went on the beginners dive through Diving Planet and it was wonderful. I saw a lionfish, schools of blue tangs, two barracudas, and lots of other fishes that I can't remember. The staff was super helpful and made sure everything was done safely (for the me and the coral / fishes). Overall I had a fantastic experience and hope I get the chance to dive with them again.
There was fruit for snacks and ham or tuna sandwiches for lunch. There was also a vendor near by selling food.

I wish I could give a nice review but for several reasons I’d not.

- Around 100€ or 130 USD for 2 dives.
I’ve done the first dive (with bad visibility) but did not feel well at all to do the second one because of vertigo/ dizzy turn and huge ear pain and I’d prefered to not do it in order to be safe but no refund was accepted for the dive I’ve not done. 100€ is quite alot for just one dive and did even not accept to do it another day
- The lunch was poor: some rice with chicken.

So yes, really disappointed.

Very good dives and was treated extremely well by the staff. My girlfriend was afraid in the ocean and they were super patient without taking away from the experience for the other divers.
They provided snacks which is not always the case.
We were deciding between them and another company which was cheaper and one the tourists on our boat had gone with them a couple days before and had a bad experience so made me feel better about putting in the extra money.
They also provided a lunch which was not great just sandwiches but they were tasty and plentiful.
Overall super happy with my experience.

The experience was amazing! The boat ride out to the islands went smooth and they stopped to give us a brief history lesson about Cartagena. The instructors were extremely understanding and knowledgeable about everything(this was my first time diving). They prepared everything for us and made sure it all fit correctly. Their English was great! My friend is an experienced diver and he also said that it was great!

We had the BEST experience! My brother-in-law, an experienced diver enjoyed it immensely. He thought it was very easy conditions and great visibility. My fiance did a beginning lesson and the teachers did great. My sister and five year old daughter and I went snorkeling. Our instructor, Sebastian, was amazing. He was so kind and patient! It was her first time in the ocean and she was pretty anxious and upset for the first twenty minutes. He kept working with her and she ended up absolutely loving it! It's been hey favorite part of the trip! Lunch on the island was delicious as well. One of the best limonada di coco I have ever had!!!!

Overall a good experience, the locations are decent and the service friendly for the most part.
We made reservations a few months in advance but we didn't receive information the days prior to the trip of what to do, where to meet or at what time. We contacted the store and they orovided us the info. The people at the main shop are friendly and easy to communicate. Be prepared to get wet on the way to or back from Islas del Rosario, it's no big deal, it's the ocean, but if you have electronics be mindful of this.
We snorkel on this trip, the equipment provided is not the best and some what old, hence the rating, I would recommend you spend $30 and bring your own fins and snorkel, at least you'll know whose mouth went into the piece.
Be sure to bring water with you before you leave for your activity.

Terrible service, I was programmed to go on a Saturday and I was unable to make it, so I asked them to change the date to Sunday morning so I was advised to go on Saturday evening and make the payment for me and my girlfriend, to my surprise when I arrived to the shop the owner's son was the only one there, and it looks like the business is informally managed since he didn't even knew about my request to delay my diving trip, nor that I was coming to the shop to make the payment as agreed with his mother whom I was on the phone with the previous day, when she finally showed up she didn't even got off from the car and told her son to tell us that we can't go, no excuse or apology whatsoever. I've dived several times with Cartagena Divers and this sort of thing never happens, go dive with them

There's not much of anything to see in the water and when I started running a bit low on air the assistant grabbed me and wouldn't let go as we moved to the surface. Very demeaning and rude.

I enjoyed diving with Diving Planet very much. They were great about providing information via email before the trip, were perfectly organized for the group when we arrived at Isla Rosario, and took us on two great dives. Andreas was a wonderful underwater guide, keeping track of us, helping less experienced divers, and letting experienced divers explore. The boat crew were fabulous and helpful. My friend did the discovery dive with another instructor the same day and loved it. I highly recommend diving with Diving Planet.

I was recently on holiday with my friend in Cartagena and decided to go diving at the Rosario Islands. We had a great time! First observed the beautiful surroundings while heading to the Rosario Islands on a speed boat. The staff were very friendly and fun. We arrived at a small island, were instructed and got the necessary equipment. The diving instructor, Darwin, was just amazing, he was very helpful and fun, know the area very well and made sure we had a great time diving. After the first dive we had a short break at the same island, had a small lunch and headed to another place for a second dive. All in all a thrilling and unforgettable experience, great service, fun, open-minded staff and people! I can only recommend diving planet!
