  I rented a vehicle with ABC Rent a car for a week. Their customer service during the reservation, upon arrival, and during the renting period was outstanding!!! Their staff was always going above and beyond to help me. Their prices are excellent in comparison with other rental car companies in Colombia. They dropped off the car at the airport and gave us a lot information to have in mind while visiting Colombia. They also let us use an infant car seat for no extra charge. Thank you ABC Rent a Car for the smooth experience.

  Cuando fuy a rentar un auto, me atendió una chica muy joven. Despues de pedirme referencias, trato de llamar y me dijo que no podía comunicarse con nadie. (Numeros de telefono en USA). Casi me piden la carta de Santa Claus y mi acta de nacimiento. Muy desconfiados, ademas me bloquearon el dinero de garantia antes de terminar el papeleo. Y me dijeron que no ne podian rentar la unidad por falta de referencias. Pues mi amiga me dio su numero para ponerla de referencia y tambien llamaron al hotel. Me molesto que bloquearon el dinero primero, antes de asegurance que todo estubiera bien. Al darme la unidad, me dijeron que no tenia combustible, que podia regresarlo igual. El problema es que si no conoces la zona, es dificil poner combustible. Por poco me quedo sin gasolina. Y para terminar, cuando regrese el carro me querian cobrar extra por lavar el carro. Rento aproximadamente 5 veces por mes carros del año, y en ningun pais que viajó me han cobrado por limpiar el carro. En fin, dire que necesitan entrenar más a el personal, poner en la pagina todos los requisitos y cargos extras. Y asegurance ponerle combustible a los carros que rentan. Por el lado positivo, el auto era nuevo, pero con un foco roto.

  Excellent service and vehicle. They dropped the car off to us and picked it up on time. No hastles when returning the car. And about half the price of the big international rental chains. Bueno, bonito y barato!

  The service was very good. They took care of everything and made the experience enjoyable. They made sure we were comfortable when we picked up the car and when we returned it. I would highly recommend this company if you need to rent a car.

  Alquilamos el coche desde Barcelona, España. Llegamos a Bogota el 24 de diciembre a las 21h. Nos entregaron el coche esa misma noche en la puerta de nuestra casa. Y así mismo lo volvieron a buscar el dia que nos marchamos, dos semanas despues.Todo impecable, el servicio, el coche, la experiencia. Absolutamente recomendable. Muchas gracias.

  Excelente servicio, antes de iniciar y durante la prestación del servicio el acompañamiento es muy bueno, el vehículo en excelentes condiciones, lo recomiendo 100% y lo tomaré nuevamente cuando así lo requiera. Gracias por la atención prestada.

  Excelente servicio y muy completo ! Hemos tomado 2 veces el servicio (10 días y 30 días) y lo volveremos ha tomarlo cada vez que lo necesitemos. Muchas gracias por todo, recomendado 100%, el mejor en bogota !
