Le doy una mala reseña por la mala ubicación que tiene este Hotel en Google Maps Mi familia y yo decidimos pasar un fin de semana en Cali viajamos alrededor de 5 horas usamos el Google Maps para la ubicación del Hotel todo iba muy bien hasta que llegamos a Cali usando el Google Maps este nos llevo a un Barrio o Comuna donde sólo habían drogadictos en todas las calles una versión de la calle del cartucho en Cali nos rodearon varios indigentes pidiendo Dinero causando el pánico en mi Familia por la forma en que nos abordaron llamamos al Hotel y nos contestaron dándonos una ubicación más diferente mi pregunta es quien es responsable de este suceso por lo que entiendo Hoteles MARRIOT debe de estar al día en sus actualizaciones en Google por que es el Buscador que más usamos en el Mundo y creemos en el MARRIOT CALI no se tomado el tiempo de verificar si eso está bien o mal y hacer los correctivos para que no pase los que nos paso a nosotros
Hicimos reservación atreves de EXPEDÍA y nos dicen que nos van a cobrar las 2 Noches que decidimos no usar que es injusto por la falta de responsabilidad de los funcionamos de MARRIOT👎

I give a bad review for the bad location that has this Hotel in Google Maps My family and I decided to spend a weekend in Cali we traveled around 5 hours we used the Google Maps for the location of the Hotel everything was going very well until we got to Cali using Google Maps this took us to a neighborhood or commune where there were only drug addicts in all the streets a version of the street of the cartridge in Cali surrounded us several homeless people asking for money causing panic in my family because of the way they approached us we call to the Hotel and they answered giving us a more different location, my question is who is responsible for this event, so I understand Hotels MARRIOT must be up to date in their updates on Google because it is the Search Engine that we use the most in the World and we believe in MARRIOT CALI did not take the time to verify if that is right or wrong and make the corrections so that it does not happen what happened to us
We made a reservation through EXPEDIA and they told us that they will charge us the 2 Nights that we decided not to use, which is unfair due to the lack of responsibility of the MARRIOT functionaries.👎

The restaurant is very good. I enjoyed the Sunday brunch very much. The pool is a little disappointing for a hot city like Cali.

Tourist Trap! Don't stay here! Make sure you review your bill. They add charges and don't provide a detailed invoice on check out. I'm disappointed in this hotel as I'm a frequent Marriot customer. Be careful of their scams. Stay at another hotel. Spiwak was way better and the rooms were roofer and within walking distance to the mall.

Less than Average hotel not excellent.
I could deal with the sniffing dogs at the entrance, but his time I also had a guy pass a metal detector all over my body, I felt like a criminal or like doing tsa to enter to my hotel. not cool at all.
The staff is not even nice and they do t even have their own taxis like every hotel does in Colombia. Had to literally grab a regular unsafe taxi just to move around. Not cool at ally
Additionally, the staff forgot to ask for cc for incidentals and I was woken up in the night asking for a credit card.

Love it!!! This hotel within the Marriott family hotels I've have been has the nicest staff ever; let's start with Naty, the guard lab golden dog that usually is by the main entrance Girl you are so sweet ! My second time here and I felt like getting home. The Market restaurant excellent; today, I tried one of their local specialties "arroz atollado" absolutely unique recipe, you won't regret it!!! Gold start to the chef!!! Fabian, my waitress, thanks for the wine recommendation. I can write and write and write and space won't be enough to tell about the details you will find here. Btw, thanks for the suit!!! Better treatment impossible you make my business trips a joy!!!! THANKS, Marriott Cali!!! See you soon.

Service was very good. Meals were good. Staff helpful when I had a printer problem in the business centre. Rooms are big and WiFi works and is free. A very good business hotel.

Stayed here for a week while working in Cali and must say first and foremost, what made the stay excellent was the staff. The surrounding neighborhood was excellent with many choices for dinner and drinks in addition to being very close to a mall and grocery store. Traveling you should always be aware of your surroundings and individuals but I never felt unsafe in this area. I would recommend staying at this Marriott property to friends, family and colleagues.
