Nice hotel in good location. Only drawback is the prices at the bar. How is it possible for a bottle of water to cost almost as much as a beer??

Top class establishment, from the room, facilities and staff. Met all my expectations and was great value just outside of the old city. Thank you to all the informative and friendly staff who made the stay super enjoyable.

One of my best experiences in a hotel. Outstanding front desk service, comfortable and beautiful rooms. The view from the rooftop is amazing as well, so is the brrakfast there! Loved it!

STAY HERE! Sincerely and highly recommend this hotel. It's in a great location and steps away from the walled city where all the action is, but just far away where you feel like you can come back and relax in a quiet space. Staff are fantastic (Alfonso at the front desk is the man) and everyone is always friendly. Rooftop bar/pool overlooking the city is awesome and the steakhouse at the restaurant is delicious. Price is extremely reasonable for its location and quality of service/room.

Ok hotel, not worth the price you pay for it. You can definitely get something nicer and more upmarket in the Bocagrande area for cheaper.
Pros: Breakfast was delicious, and the waiting staff were really lovely. Nice rooftop pool and terrace. Nice gym (but use it early as it can be used as massage room later in the day)
Cons:
1.Our welcome at reception and check in was luke warm to say the least. We checked in, filled out our form and our key was handed to us with no further tourist info, directions to the lift/room/wifi code. All of which was being given to the other couple checking in the same time as us.
2. Either we had a leak in the room or someone spilled a bucket of water ruining one of our bags. Asked reception to send someome up, they did, it was a cleaner mopped up the floor but no offer or drying our bag or wet clothes.
3. They lost the key to the baggage storage on check-out and we had to wait another 20mins for them to find the bags. Luckily we were not in a rushresponse / report this review -

Their rates are very good, it is a small hotel but amenities are very nice, rooms have enough space, beds are comfortable, bathrooms clean with all you need, cable, safe and closet. Pool on the roof top with a bar and restaurant with amazing burgers, restaurant red knife is one of the best in the city. Staff is the best asset here! They are always smiling and happy to make you feel grate while you are here. Only bumer ate least for me is that the gym is very small and with notich space to work out, during my stay it was a alternate massage room so I couldn't work and it's impossible to find a fitness center here in this city wiling to allow you to work out for a couple of days. Book this place with no doubt. Enjoy your visit to cartagena.

We had a great time here. No complaints whatsoever The hotel was beautiful (rooftop pool is absolutely baller) and the staff could not have been better. The food was excellent (I will miss the huevos divorciados!) Special shout out to Raphael, Carlos, and Juan! They were great guys and I truly wish them all the best!

This hotel was so accommodating to us while we stayed at their establishment. I felt like VIP. The hotel staff knew us by name and room number. Hotel staff, Paloma, was very nice and helped us make decisions about our daily plans while in the city. English speaking staff is more than happy help with any questions or requests.
This hotel has a great rooftop pool and bar! Very important. The size of our room was enough for two with a garden view (upgrade to ocean view if you can). The housekeeping staff was on-point with their thoroughness.
Red Knife staff were very attentive to our food preferences each day. The complimentary breakfast has more than enough options to fuel your day (range from hot food "omelets" to continental food "fruit/cereal/bread&pastries."

very nice hotel, conveniently located in Getsemani. the price quality ratio is great. I would pay a little less if breakfast wasn't included because the only thing that is acceptable is the bread. Go to Mila for breakfast instead.
