Absolutely stunning and clinically clean airport! Beautiful, hi-tech, modern, fantastic! I was very surprised!
The thing that upsets me is many Chinese men are spitting on the floor and the security is not arresting them for this terrible matter

Love the interior of the airport which primarily offers flights to local destinations, there's only a couple of international flights a day as Hong Kong airport is just around the corner. Sadly, they don't sell any local SIM cards here for tourists and there is no direct Metro station (you,ll have to take bus M416 to the Airport East metro station).And most sad things for tourist is there was none of them know English properly.

The airport is modern, clean, relatively efficient. Only if the customs can afford to open more counters it'll be a better experience. Can use a warmer touch in terms of the interior design. The business class lounge has a dated 80s look to it despite the modern exteriors.

Good infrastructure and management. Well connected with city by MTR, bus and private transport. Good crowd management. Fast immigration , luggage transport and services.Upto the mark security and customs check.Thanks for the services.

The airport is beautifully designed, feeling warm with clean white tone and great facilities. The tree-shaped air conditioners feature and stunning ceiling are the blending of interior designs inside the building. Magnificent!

As a local Shenzhener: Too much walk from security to most gates, limited dining & shopping after security. For international visitors, metro line 11 may be your best choice ( in terms of language barriers)

Nice airport but please avoid AALBORG restaurant! The food are super salty than the ocean water. OMG. How can they sell the food taste like that! BTW, don't expect to shop duty free stuff at night. It's all closed.

Great architecture, Clean snd safe. It is a huge airport, be ready to walk for a while. Illegal taxi drivers are around the airport. There is a bus service which goes to city center with a fair price.

Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport, has limited shopping and eateries once you have cleared your immigration and security screening. Unlike other bigger International airport which has a great shopping and eateries experienced once you have cleared the immigration custom. And if your flights are close to the time of late evening/mid-night, you can imagine there is nothing available (food eateries or shopping) and do take note that AC power socket charging will not be available as well; as most of the cafe would have closed and their power socket is switched OFF.
