A great hotel in an excellent central location within walking distance of many of the best areas to spend time.
Staff have very good english and are considerate and dealt with all queries very well.
The breakfast is very good and varied with both Asian and Western staples provided.
The deep bath was much appreciated but know that they do not provide bath salts or bubble bath so I strongly advise you to bring your own to take advantage of this.
There was a faulty light in my room which was a little bit annoying but as I was only there for a weekend and it was in the bathroom it did not affect the quality of my stay.
Be careful with the drinks etc that they leave littered around the room to catch you out. The free water bottles are in an obscure place whereas they place bottles of evian next to your bed and energy drinks in convenient places as if they are complimentary rather than keeping them in the mini-bar.
The rooms also lack a visitor booklet which details check-out time, breakfast time etc which is quite annoying.
A very good hotel with a good location which just needs a little refinement.response / report this review -

Great location, a lot of restaurants in nearby shopping mall.

Room 1306, too much noise from the street, one night without closing my eyes. Changing immediately next morning to room 1206. But still face to street and with a broken window inside . lucky the staff was very cooperative. Finally I found a quiet room.
