Any China hotel staffs are not very good at communication. Only few selected can talk to you and help you. This hotel is OK. breakfast is not so great. on higher side of the cost. walk around and lot of restaurants and pubs available. Beware of frauds

Hotel was fantastic. Room was large and very clean. Staff very helpful and no issues finding a member of staff who could understand English. Clise to Metro which is very easy to usecto getcaround the city. Highly recommend this hotel.

you would pay 3X this amount in the US for a hotel of similar quality. awesome views of shanghai, friendly staff, decent food and bar.

Very modern and beautiful rooms, request a room on the 8th floor, due to Chinese superstition the rooms on that floor are more luxurious. And no, I'm not kidding!
