Good location. Helpful staff.
The view from the club lounge is spectacular. Good selection of cheese.

Although it's not a proper 5 star hotel but most of the front door staff/bell boys have a weird working attitude. Other than that, it's not a bad hotel.

I visited last year for business trip, and it was newly opened, the staff were very friendly and resourceful, room were clean and comfy.

The Pullman was much nicer in 2012 when I was the first time in Shanghai and when the rooms were still new and very luxury for the time. Now only 4 years later the place changed a lot and the rooms look very old and used after time. They also closed the bar on the top of the hotel and it is now a private club. The management should consider a makeover of the rooms and create better public facilities for the guests
