This was the last time here. Returning after seven years I find this hotel in a bad condition.
Service quality very bad, used up mattresses, linen and towels, breakfast quality 3* at best, internet speed very slow with full government control like 10 years ago.
You can see clearly the European manager left.

One of the best hotel to stay at ShanghaiI stayed almost 15times in this hotel..nice room very good location 10mins walk to Bund2mins walk to Pedestrian street Nanjinh lu in front of people square MRTvery nice food in revolving restraunt at top.

Amazing! Huge luxury rooms. The breakfast buffet has a big selection of chinese and continental food, but is a bit too expensive.

You are not allowed any control at all over the temperature in your room. During my week there, the weather outside was quite pleasant, but the temperature in the room was so hot that I would wake up sweating throughout the night. The staff are polite and professional but could do nothing. The hotel has some positive points - like an excellent breakfast and a very convenient location - but if you can't relax in your room, then nothing else matters. Also in China, laundry shops are rare, so you will be dependent on the hotel cleaning service - wash and fold for a T-shirt and Jeans was $25 USD.

The staff are polite and professional but could do nothing. The hotel has some positive points, but if you can't sleep or relax in your room, then nothing else matters. Also in China, laundry shops are rare, so you will be dependent on the hotel cleaning service and the Radisson really gouges it's customers. Wash and fold for one T-shirt and Jeans is $25 USD.

Great view in the rooftop bar. A bit expensive for drinks but worth it if you are there on a visit - not ideal for locals
