This hotel is the best I've ever stayed at, surpassing the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim by a lot. We have food allergies, and the staff here went out of their way to help us, even going as far as importing gluten-free pasta for us. The staff all spoke very good English, and were very courteous and friendly. Special thanks to Sebastian Krack and Hattie Yang at the China Grill, Honey Yu at the Lounge, Lea Burel in the Food and Beverage department, and Kevin at the concierge desk.

The room was fairly large for a standard room, clean, and very, very quiet. We never heard a neighbor during our entire stay. The maid, Maggie Xm, did a wonderful job cleaning. The king bed was very soft and clean, and the rollaway bed was the best I've ever slept on. The toilet in the bathroom is a standard American height, not a "squatty potty".
The mini bar was well stocked with alcoholic beverages, snacks, sodas and Voss waters (both still and sparkling). The hotel also provided unlimited complimentary bottled spring water.
The elevators (or lifts) were very fast.

Words cannot express just how wonderful this hotel is!

Room Tip: We had room 4618. It was quiet and had a nice view.

Perfect hotel for living in a comfortable and beautiful mood. It is a nice hotel for the businessmen to enjoy the real beauty and service of Beijing. So, I can appreciate that they deserve 5 stars.
