Amazed by poor service
1) upon arrival room was not ready, only found out when entered room
2) new room did not have any products, no shower gel etc
3) when try to go to sleep, electricity was not working so had to call and wait for houskeeping
4) solution was not found and houskeeping switch off master switch
5) as consequence run out of battery as my mobile did not charge and missed very important business call next day
6) whilst I fell asleep, reception wake me up at 22.30 asking me if I want to change the room!!!!

Clean spacious rooms, great food in the dining areas. Don't get a glass of wine at the Vinotheque unless you go during happy hour where you'll get 2 glasses for the price of one. That way you'll only be paying a little more than the price at a normal priced bar.

The views from the 20th floor were stunning. The Business suite on the 18th floor was perfect for casual meetings. Everything about our stay was outstanding. Our Company will certainly use the hotel again in the future.

Convenient, a classic western hotel in Beijing, many enjoyed the live music in 1F centro, and children's park in 2F, right next to a bunch of office towers

Great hotel, great service. Couldn't find a better place to stay and work from in Beijing . Excellent business floor. Bathrooms with joining tub and shower is an excellent idea. Modern space age facilities with bidet.

Good hotel, nice well equipped room, internet is of good quality, location wise it may be in downtown beijing but not much places around to visit. Night life is dead, nothing within walking distance. In general it's ok. But when I stayed here hotel was being renovated so every morning at 9 am lots of noise, hotel provided ear protection which helped alot.
