Service was awful. Room not clean. Shower tap broken. Strange smell. Concierge tried to refuse to look after my luggage after I checked out. Staff just doesn’t give a damn about Costomer services.

Awful hotel - our room was really dirty, we often didn't have towels left in the room, and service anywhere in the hotel was non-existent. Waiting for the lifts was a nightmare at all times and the 'restaurant' was absolutely filthy.

Convenient travel by MRT line 2 and line 5. Room is quite big compare with other same rate hotels.

This hotel should not be considered as a 3 or 4 star hotel! The staff were very rude, and I asked a simple question of where to find some local food for lunch. The rooms smelled of smoke. The ceiling in the shower/bathroom was cracked. While it is conveniently located, I would recommend finding a different hotel.

Comes with usual hotel amenities.

Pros:
ChongWenMen MRT station is right at the door step. Convenient location to key attractions of the city.

Cons:
The room (and furniture) is dated, quite small, with small bathroom, and has no window. My room was not cleaned, drinking water etc. were not replenished.
Buffet breakfast was very ordinary in terms of spread and taste. Not worth it.

Very conveniently located not so expensive but good hotel. Next to metro station, it's a nice and clean place. The breakfast is excellent.

Unclean, poor service and rooms are very outdated. Poor value for money and definitely not "4 star". Our experience in this hotel was made worse by being greeted with a cockroach when opening the door, hair on supposedly clean towels and in the kettle as well as inconsistent information from different hotel staff (in regards to deposit).
