  Not very Western friendly, English is only spoken at the front desk. Smoking is allowed in parts of the hotel, and the smell permeates. There is also a persistent mold/mildew smell. Rooms are large, with good views. Breakfast buffet was ok, not bad but not outstanding. It has a fairly wide range of food, but the quality is mediocre. Not a lot of choices in the area for hotels, so I found it acceptable but limited my time there.

  Worst stay ever. This hotel used to be good & has gone completely down hill. Room dirty in area's, telephone stunk of cigarette, decor worn. Breakfast not worth the money - tables dirty & not set, no cups to get a coffee, no spoons - total disarray. Ate at the totally overpriced restaurant & had the entire staff come out & accuse my son of eating the dish he didn't receive humiliating me in front of a chinese client. No one speaks english here any more - basic requests impossible unless you can translate. Must have changed hands as I have stayed here for years & never had such a bad experience.

  酒店餐廳提供咖啡早晚餐都是半熱，自助餐連吃完餐碟具都要自助搬離，極度人手不足。真正的自助餐。

  在聖誕節當日入住，由於房間位於樓層的corner位，盡覧兩個不同方向的景色。 床很大，被褥適中，睡得很好。 晚餐在頂層61樓，食品選擇多，有現烤扒類、串燒……等，還有任飲枝裝啤酒供應。早餐卻不過不失！
