Premium service, good city view.
Nice ambience, great value for money, well appointed gym.
BLACK MOLD. They try to cover it up with incense. The air registers are covered with it. Even the lobby lounge is festering spores from blackened registers. It's a zero star from me.
Nice..at the beginning it was not so good..but the offer of this hotel like restaurants and spa in amazing
Very Beautiful hotel, friendly stuff but expensive. May be they don't speak English very good but for sure you will find a method of communication. The gym is fine. The restaurant food wasn't original but they have covered a lot of options.
Bathroom was dirty, full of hairs. They didn't Clean the room was my impession. I asked them to Clean, somebody came but no sorry from anybody from the Hotel, also not from Assistent Manager, I called him before and informed him about. No go in a 5 Star hotel. Expensive.
I stayed many times in the Baolilai. It is by far the best hotel in Baoan. The rooms are excellent, clean, everything works. The staff is friendly and most of them speak at least some English. The Chinese restaurant is excellent, albeit catering a bit towards Western taste. Peking duck is one of the best I ever had (but pricey). The Japanese restaurant is excellent as well. The revolving restaurant on top has a great buffet, especially the seafood and the view is something to be seen. I always look forward to stay at the Baolilai.
Great location for doing business in the surrounding area. Certainly not 5 stars though. Room is good, good is better than the usual chinese hotel offering, but not close to a proper 5 star hotel. Recommended though.
