  Go to the no.1scenic spot, pass the panorama terrace 全景台a bit further up, follow the 'farming path' that goes behind the 全景台 and make it to the hill top for a gorgeous view

  Walking through the Dazhai rice fields from.village to village is very nice and the view is amazing. Don't be lazy and waste money on cablecar. You have legs, use them.

  Terraces turn a stunning yellow two weeks before golden week (October 1st). Avoid going after then, the crop is harvested.

  Take a shortish walk upto viewpoint 1 and viewpoint 2 as the view is spectacular! Well worth the effort of a rhr hike to reach.

  Absolutely beautiful! Stunning views of the mountains and the rice terraces. The 4 hour hike from Dazhai to Pingan is really hard, but worth it.

  Village has internet access,electricity, fire hoses and 5 story house. Technology and what human can do is not always good. Proven once more

  Has to be on your list of must see places in China. Stunning. We went on from Tourist centre to Gu Zhuang Zhai. Having been here twice, much better than Pi' an.

  Geweldig uitzicht op de terassen Van Longji maar je moet wel uitgerust zijn om er te geraken met al die trappen maar zeker de moeite !!!
