Nice and spacious rooms. Staff at the reception are helpful but do not speak English (or other language) good and diversified breakfast, didn't like much the international buffet dinner

Upscale hotel near Olympic Green and convention center and a 15 minute walk to the nearest Subway station. Very nice lounge that serves cocktails, cold and hot coffee lattes, desserts and dinner options as well. The rooms are large with beautiful and spacious white marble bathrooms. I was disappointed that most of the female front desk staff does not speak English well. Checking in and out is easy but if you want extra pillows they look puzzled. The men at the concierge desk have superior English comprehension. The Italian and Chinese restaurants get good reviews but are more formal .

One of the best Intercontinental Hotels that I have stayed. At check in, Ms. Lilian checked me in, she was very informative, clear, smiling, and very courteous. Very well trained & enthusiastic at her work. The experience at the hotel has been very pleasant, most of the staff are happy, very helpful, and clear when speaking English. Rooms are spacious, clean & well equipped.
One of the best experience in a very long time.

First time I have had to pay for Internet in a hotel in China. ¥120. While it is not a lot of money it is the principle. It is typical of the group.

The location is good. Room is comfortable. TV has a couple of international channels.

Water pressure is weak and the shower sporadically switches from hot to cold.
