Price is expensive, but it's good place for stay

Very bad experience!!! The facilities were old and damaged in the room, the safe was broken and the Front Office Manager didn't replace it. We put our laundry in the hotel bag near our bag that was full of our two weeks in Chine laundry and the HSKP took - without our asking for it- the laundry and washed it. The day after when we checked out the front office manager apologized and said it was their mistake but the minute we left he charged our credit card without telling us. This hotel is not recommended at all !!! Don't go there !!!

The room is large. But I think that is little old and the wifi in the room is slow.

Rooms are fine, seems like might have been renovated recently. The linens are clean and of quality. Also in a quiet neighbourhood, nor close to metro or shopping malls.
Like most other reviews, I found the concierge staff to be incompetent; allowing queue jumping, fighting with taxi drivers and shouting at each across the lobby. They do not know basic landmarks like People's Square or simple addresses on Nanjing E Rd. Seems suitable to local guests. This is not an 'international' hotel.response / report this review -
