We had a very pleasant stay at Dorsett, the hotel was clean and the room was also clean. We didn't try the restaurant in the hotel as there are many good options around the hotel. If you don't smoke, make sure you ask for a non smoking room as the smoke smell is very strong.

Very clean and modern, the staff are all very friendly and speak excellent English.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone attending the SNIEC as they offer a shuttle bus service as well as having direct access to the Metro.
Also the Feng Shui Bar inside the hotel offers properly cooked meals quite late into the evening which is great for people working or checking in later.response / report this review -

Clean place, good bed. wi-fi was ok, next to subway station. Starbucks nearby. Close to big exhibition center. Good views.

Terrible management at the hotel. They are looking to take your money with no mercy. Although location is great stay at any other hotel would be my suggestion.

Very pleasant place close to Century Park and not so far from International EXPO centre. Was very nice time to stay here.

Positives: Close to Metro station, right on top of it. close to supermarket, and 10min walking distance to new Exhibition centre and Kerry Park Shopping center. Friendly and attentive staff, clean rooms, one side beautiful lake view, free shuttle service to Exhibition centre, good full buffet breakfast available.
Negatives: TV was not HD!.
definetely recommend to business people who attends the Expo in the nearbye location Pudong area.

No hair dryer. No iron and iron board have to call for that. Good location for exhibition. Subway opens in the hotel. Bad bathroom lights.

FEATURES: Nice clean rooms with comfortable beds. Reasonably priced compared to other similarly appointed hotels in Pudong. Great location above Metro 2 line. Many good places to eat nearby. Caters to waiguoren (foreigners). Friendly, helpful staff who speak very good English compared to most hotels in China. DRAWBACKS: For some reason they price their breakfast at triple the normal rate. Make 100% certain that it is included in your booking or plan on paying $20 extra per person every day of your stay. "City view" rooms do not face the city. If you want a view of the Pudong skyline, ask for "park view". The "trendy" bar is tiny, dark, overpriced and almost always empty. Avoid.
