You don't need an alarm clock here as you get greeted by the construction site next to the hotel early in the morning, 7 days a week. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is ok, very crowded usually. The location is not really central, but you are close to the railway and metro station.
This Hotel has good basic facilities - great for a 3 star hotel. The buffet breakfast has a lot of variety, even though the quality is also three star. They have a cooking station for eggs, mini wontons and noodle soups. The receptionists have poor English and sometimes do not tell you the right time that the tour guide picks you up but they try to help as much as they can when you see them in person. Very very cold and windy lobby! Surrounded by scaffolding for some reason but nice and close to some eateries, glasses shops and train station.
Holiday Inn in every place in the world is more or less the same, nothing to complain as it is a standard
Good location need and clean rooms all front desk person are very friendly .some Indian food must be menu . rest all good
Service was great. Breakfast tasted amazing. Hotel room was clean.
It is a nice and clean hotel with location as biggest advantage, close to (700 meters) from Main Shanghai Railway Station, Metro Line 3, 4 and line 2. Price wise quite reasonable for the facilities there.
It was comfortable and clean with a western toilet Staff is friendly and accommodating Very helpful when you need something They spoke English so it wasn't hard to communicate Buffet style breakfast was great (nothing American though) Location was not the best but it is near several fast food places and a train station
It is the 2nd time we stay in here since2015. Great improvement in services and food. Good size room and two type of pillows for your choice.
Located near the railway station and worth the money.
