  Wonderful hotel. Delicious breakfast buffet, clean rooms, comfortable beds, beautiful lobby. Staff is all very friendly and mostly speak English

  + Rooms are ok. Clean. The gym is very good.
  
  - The breakfast and dinner food is not good. A bit of a joke really for being Hilton. Lower the standards just because it is China. You will be better of going to the shopping mall close by.
  
  The sorroundings is not so good. There is a big shopping mall where you can go to the cinema and have a descent dinner. That is about it.
  
  Business hotel only. You do not want to stay here as a tourist. 35 min with subway to west lake. If going as a tourist I would find something around Heifang road. Gl!
