Cons: Two different elevators to access the room. The staff speaks very poor English. There are three elevators to access the rooms which are on high floors so expect a bit of wait for the elevators, its a busy building. The room was clean, fresh linen, and there was no bad smell at all. There is a balcony with a washer and drying line even. However, the room was old, the hardwood floor needed serious work, the furniture was old, the mattress was not comfortable and they still had an old tube TV instead of a flat screen. The sink faucet was on the verge of dying and the toilet would not flush properly.
Pros: Cheap price. Very close to the SEG Electronic market, about 5 to 7 minutes walking. Not far from the Shenzhen / Hong Kong Low Wu border crossing, so you can be there in less than 15 minutes by taxi even during rush hour.
Overall: Good for a short stay. I stayed there for one night only.response / report this review -

No English at the front desk when I stayed, roach in the room, wifi doesn't work no lockbox, loud banging outside the door at 3am followed by a loud arguement I called the front desk to send someone up but of course no English so they hung up on me.

割と安い方。衛生的に不安な感じはある。1日あたり2回小さなGを見てしまった。エレベーターは日立製だったがボロすぎて不安になる。入り口が少々わかりにくい。

住的商务大床房，房间面积大概40坪，布局还不错，客厅和卧室隔开的。因为是团购价入住，性价比很高。
