Обстановка старовата, но вцелом годно
口味不错,值得一来,带上亲朋好友。
Outside of the hotel and lobby very grand, very nice environment. The room is spacious and cozy. Very clean as well. Unfortunately don't have convenient store around.
Approx 8-10 mins walk to the subway station. Station name is PangJiaYuan, can talk you to the civilized. :)
This hotel is beautiful and looks grand, but the rooms didn't live up to the grandeur of the lobby.
Pool required swim cap (30 yuan).
Ping pong and "shuffle board" (on a table not the floor) were 60 yuan
Morning breakfast buffet was decent.
Bad:
Beds are very hard
Bathroom was dirty (we found hair on the wall) when we entered.
Room has old CRT TV.
Good:
There's AC in the room with a variety of settings.
Room has 2 small water bottls (330 mL) every day and a "drinkable water tap".
Need wifi that's covers the whole hotel
Stayed in this hotel twice this tour trip both for two nights at a time in different rooms.
The first stay was on the second floor. The room was clean with the distinct bleach/hotel smell present on the sheets. The towels were pleasantly soft and there was even a "drinking water tap" in the sink. One of the two double beds however was sunken in and the roommate stated it was uncomfortable to be in. There is no free wifi in the room and the supplied ethernet is charged to your room. The lobby does have free, no login required wifi for guests to use but there is limited seating.
The second stay was on the 13 floor. The room seemed larger and there was a door to the adjoining room available. This would be good for families. For us, it was a bad thing as the room next door had some smokers in it and some rather loud mandarin speaking, snoring, rummaging guests. The second hand smoke seeped thru the door and we were exposed to it with no way to get them to stop.
The sink was different to as in no drinking water. The drain in this room also drained slowly so you were standing in dirty water.
The hotel location was ok though there was no real shopping nearby without a short taxi ride or 20 mins walk. We were on a tour and quite tired so this was of no regard.
The breakfast buffet was medium to say the least. Fresh juice, freshly fried eggs, and more traditional Chinese breakfast fare.
Overall a pleasant stay.
