  Hotel desperately needs some renovation. Despite staying in a suite, the bed has "sunk" and smell damp. Certainly does not feel like a Renaissance Hotel. Front desk crew needs more training as the service delivery is bad. Saving grace for this hotel is the friendly and approachable Concierge and Executive Lounge crew.

  I was stay executive room but not so expensive.
  Nice Japanese and Chinese restraint and bar.
  There are draft beer of Quindao, Heineken and Tiger.
  And possible to connect with Google!!!
