  Very good business hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet has several options. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel offers three restaurants, one international buffet, an Italian and a Chinese.

  Die Angestellten sprechen sehr gut English. Großzügige Zimmer mit gratis Fladchenwasser im Überfluss (Leitungswasser nicht zum Verzehr geeignet). Riesiges Frühstücksbuffet.
  
  Sehr schöner Indoor pool und Fitness Center.

  Habitaciones limpias y cómodas, excelente ubicación en la zona TEDA, excelente servicio a huéspedes y cuenta con 3 restaurantes y una zona launge donde eres muy bien atendido.

  The staff forces themselves to smile..asks you for feed back and does nothing abt your problems.very few staff speak in english.
  
  You ll find all you want in the room..The position of sockets was annoying..In an effort not to mess up the looks of the room most sockets are in inaccessible places. The air conditioning does not work well.
  
  The dining and wellness facilities wer my favourites
