  Muito bom, um dos recepcionista foi um pouco sem vontade de ajudar nos primeiros.dias, mas acredito que seja o jeito dele mesmo, pq os outros eram sempre muito atenciosos.

  O hotel é bom e a equipe é atenciosa. As paredes dos quartos são finas e você ouve tudo o que acontece nos corredores e nos quartos vizinhos.

  Hotel simples, boa localização, funcionários atenciosos, café da manhã ótimo no primeiro dia e nos dias seguintes deixou a desejar poucos produtos, ótima calefação e não respondem e-mail.

  Hotel confortável, café da manhã bom, recepção muito atenciosa, principalmente o Marco Antonio, uma simpatia rara. Para quem conhece o Chile sabe que serviços lá tem uma dificuldade de ter qualidade, nesse hotel não, equipe muito atenciosa e gentil.

  Excelente hotel. Nos hospedamos durante 5 noches y la calidad de atención fue excelente. Muy amables y preocupados para que nuestra estadía sea lo mejor posible. Ante un cambio de planes de parte nuestra (extendimos la estadía) supieron resolverlo con velocidad y nos permitieron disfrutar una noche más de este gran hotel.
  La ubicación también le suma al hotel. Ya que se encuentra a una cuadra de la estación de metro Salvador de la línea 1 roja

  Hotel de 4 andares antigo, bem localizado. Recepção pequena com apenas um elevador com capacidade maxima para duas pessoas. Apto casal tipo 2,50 X 2,50 dificil de andar. Se voce abrir o pequeno armario não anda. Nao tem ar condicionado. Frigobar foi colocado depois que fiz reclamação e foi fechado com chave em dia anterior a minha saida. Banho minusculo, muito desgastado, porem limpo, sem ducha intima, Tem que entrar na banheira minuscula para tomar banho.Não tem cabides para toalhas de banho, acomodação péssima. Custo benefício muito ruím. Nao recomendo.

  Todas las habitaciones diferentes. Algunas cómodas, otras no. No es buena la atención al cliente en todos los turnos, en general no son atentos.

  El hotel pequeño pero acogedor, las abitacion son bien pequeñas. La cena es de regular calidad, pero los desayunos buffet muy buenos y con bastante variedad.

  Small, clean, basic hotel. Staff is friendly and the hotel is in a convenient location. You can walk many place or hop on the subway, which is only a block or two away.

  1. Stayed there for 10 days. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. They speak good English.
  2. Breakfast starts at 7AM and there is really a lot of choice in the buffet. You can stay in the hotel for 20 days and eat a different breakfast every day. However, if you come late - let's say after 9AM - many things will be gone.
  3. Rooms. I had a chance to use two different rooms. The price was the same in both cases, it was 80 US dollars per night. The first room was so small, it was the tiniest room I have ever seen. There was no desk, no fridge, no air condition, and the bathroom was very small too. The furniture seemed very old. It was not worth 80 bucks. However, then some people moved out and I got a new room. It was 4 times as big as the first one. It had a big bath with a tub, newer furniture, a huge office desk, fridge, balcony, stereo with CD, everything. For the same price. Definitely worth the money.
  4. Location. it is not in the centre but the centre is boring anyway. The location is not bad, there are many restaurants and bars around.
  5. Cleaniness. Rooms are very clean. I used some of my plates and glasses and they cleaned them for me every day.
  6. Wireless internet for free in all the rooms. Works well.
