Very good hotel and absolutely wonderful staff. Only caveat is that the noise of the neighbourhood can be perceived from some rooms. I
Cozy, boutique hotel in a Bohemian area in Santiago. Lots of restaurants and bars around the area.
Great location. Very nice place, service and rooms.
As part of our South American anniversary trip, my wife and I had a marvelous 4 day stay at The Aubrey. Staff were first class. Setting, facilities and the hotel cats were most enjoyable. AndThe Aubrey "story" is fascinating.
Beautiful boutique hotel with amazingly friendly and helpful staff.
Came here on our honeymoon and were blown away by the rooms, the location, and the people that work here. Mark, the owner, is an awesome guy, and clearly has a sense for who he hires. If you are lucky, you will get Manuel for your bartender and your front desk person will be Catalina. They were awesome. Hely at the pool also took great care of us and he may or may not have read this review before I posted it and forced me to say that :) Awesome place
Great location in Bellavista, staff couldn't be more helpful or welcoming. Highly recommended. The pool is an oasis of calm on a hot day in the city. Be sure to take the funicular and teleferico cable car in the park next door.
My girlfriend and I recently stayed at the Aubrey Hotel. What an amazing experience. The hotel is beautiful architecturally and the decor is second to none. The rooms are the perfect size, comfortable, and plush. The location is perfect as well, located right in the bustling providence of Bellavista.
I have to say that what really sets this hotel apart from every other one I've stayed at, is clearly the staff. I've never experienced a staff as warm and inviting as the staff here at the Aubrey. I first noticed this in my communications with Craig (the manager) while I was booking my stay. Our transportation was on time at the airport (booked through the hotel) and from the moment we arrived the welcoming was warm and personal. Diana greeted us right away with a big smile! They made sure every single thing we needed was taken care of. Rachel works in the lounge and makes the best coffee! Her energy and personality is something that is unmatched and is a great way to start off your day! Manuel in the bar makes the best Pisco Sour. His attention to his craft is something you do not find in many bars, let alone a hotel bar. We enjoyed our evenings spent with him and ended up making a great new friend!
Craig has assembled a staff that is top notch. I've never experienced anything quite like this and our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer. We made the mistake of booking at the Luciano K for our last night in Santiago once we returned from Mendoza and Easter Island. That was a huge mistake. The hotel was run down, the staff unfriendly, they forgot us at the airport, the breakfast sucked. We couldn't wait to leave. The Aubrey staff Craig has makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive until you leave through the gate. What a hidden treasure!!! I can't thank you enough!
I hope the owner reads this review. What you have there at the Aubrey is something special that is rarely found. Your staff is amazing and I hope you realize that. We've stayed at hundreds of hotels throughout the world and this stay will be one of our most memorable. Thank you so much to all of you!
This beautifully restored boutique hotel is located beside San Cristobel and within walking distance to great restaurants. The staff were welcoming, knowledgable, and extraordinarily helpful. My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!
