I liked it. Quick Access. Confortable looks nice. Not the best breakfast ever but it served its purpose. Very nice customer service before and during the stay, in my experience.

It's an Ibisenough said! Next door to main bus station and gigantic super mega grocery store from the opposite direction. Also, walking distance to main train station, 5 minutes. On that same direction, you'll pass a multi story mall, also has a grocery store (the other bigger grocery store seems cheaper.) With all that said, the area is not nice but main tourist attractions are reachable via metro, located also next door, below the bus station.

Nice place with clean rooms. The WiFi is good unless you are doing big downloads or uploads (when it gets slower). Didn't have a fridge I the room, but that was okay. There are a lot of bus stations around (just out the window) so it is convenient if you plan to go to other places.

Great place to to stay for a short time, parking underground, key-card required to use the lifts. room was well appointed for the short time we stayed.
They have a 24 hour concierge and security, also a very nice breakfast can be had there.
Very central for all there is to see and do, they have free maps and can give good information on what to do and see.response / report this review -

It's an Ibis, so that is enough indication as to what you can expect. The staff was very friendly and, while I was not able to check-in early, I was able to use the Wi-Fi and the facilities to change my clothes in the meantime. There is a nice restaurant in the hotel and it is conveniently located next to a bus station and near a few shopping malls. It is not a nice sector for tourists trying to know Santiago by foot, but you can easily find public transportation or taxis to take you to more touristic neighborhoods. You can get a nice enough view of the mountains on clear days.

Basic hotel with a very good location. It's right around the corner from the bus/coach terminal. These buses go the many places in Chile and across South America to Uruguay, Brazil and Peru. The buses in South America are fantastic, from regular seating to first class lie flat beds.
The hotel is close to Universade de Chile metro station that connects across Santiago.response / report this review -

I was unable to make a tea or coffee in my room, had to go downstairs to get this, and the price equivalent of $A5 was ridiculous for Chile. Because I was alone I ate my meals n the hotel, which, with the exception of a meal of Salmon, were poor quality and also expensive. The room itself was fine and the staff very nice, but I would never stay there again

We are sooo happy with our stay at ibis estacion. All of staff are helpfull and friendly.
We arrived at 5-6 in the morning. Night reservation agent was polite and professional 10/10, muy bien. We slept for the first in 24 hours after a long flight. Good bed, very pet friendly and i would definitely recommend the hotel to others. Thanks for the hot breakfast, the warm drinks and all the smiles, welcome to chile :-)response / report this review -

Good location for those needing to be close to the bus or train station, e.g. If you are taking a trip to Valparaiso. The suburb of Yungay and Barrio Brasil are close by and have heaps of character. Rates are pretty cheap. Don't go for the breakfast (about 8usd) as there is a good bakery in the bus station.
