Poorly managed, chaos. Taxi rank a shambles, buses queuing. Good luck.
It's crowded, chaotic and without sufficient info but once you 'get' the place, it's an alright starting point for cheap travel
The bus terminal is on the second floor of a shopping center. It's very crowded on weekends. It's the shopping center not the big mall nearby.
Ok
It's very busy, information is realy bad and chaotic and there are gangs active to steal your stuff. So if you need a to pass through this station and you get some black stuff sprayed on you. Go away and stand close to security. Don't let anyone help you!
Gateway to many destinations in Chile. There is a mall downstairs to do some shopping before your journey.
The terminal is above the mall. If you are getting dropped off, the closest way is to enter the parking downstairs and then they will have to pay on their way out. There is no stop and drop off area which means a hassle for those not taking public transportation (or taxi). Upstairs, there is an array of companies and slow service is not uncommon. Buses do arrive in bay ranges, as in, not to a specific bay, but rather between certain bays and they are not labeled according to where you may be going, but the end of the line so, good luck! Go with time! And you'll figure it out without stress.
