Terrible service, I delivered my car almost a month ago for a small dent and they still do not answer the phones or emails. Very bad attention in addition to the tremendous delay to solve.

Terrible iberocar, they have already been waiting for more than 4 months for the warranty of my car which they damaged and the only thing Daniel responds to. (We will contact you when the part arrives).

Poor attention by phone, he is contacted to buy a vehicle they tell us to go on Monday (08/17), to which we had to ask for work permission to be able to attend, we arrived at the branch and talked to see the vehicles which They were never there, not even the person in charge of the area knew where the vehicles were, after having already consulted everything the best option was to leave and have the sales manager contact us to inform us of the vehicles, that same afternoon they contact us and say that they will arrive at least One, we were waiting and it turns out that the vehicle was left without notifying a worker at the branch, I finally bought it, and about the other vehicle nothing is known until today (09/03), and the worst thing is that they are still both vehicles posted for sale.

Section used a disgust, the vast majority of cars with bad smell, dirty, with deflated wheels (will it be so that they are not stolen?) Good location. High service prices. Beware of the sharks both in sales and service. Always take a second look when checking service and new cars delivery. They have good brands but a huge lack of stock.

En revisión de vehículo no se revisó completamente, agendé una segunda revisión señalando un problema específico y tampoco se le dió una solución completa, además siendo un día caluroso no había un lugar con aire acondicionado para esperar o este no funcionaba correctamente.

Muy caro, se demoraron casi un mes en darme el presupuesto. Pero un joven de nombre Daniel me atendió extraordinariamente bien. Un jeep con 65 mil kilómetros le falló la cámara, soportes de motor, aire acondicionado, radiador, escapé de motor en total 3 palos más un palo en mano de obra.

El servicio de reparación es de muy mala calidad he llevado mi vehiculo en reiterada ocasiones y no lo han podido reparar y más aún han dañado otras cosas. Hasta llegaron a decirme que mi vehículo no era para el mercado latinoamericano. No recomiendo llevar el vehículo ahí.
