Beautiful place, but zero costumer service.

Casablanca Hotel & Spa has potential, but as it is currently managed I cannot recommend it. For the price, the facility itself is beautiful but the service is poor. For example, my wife and I tried the "Wine Therapy." The lady led us to the room, pointed at the hot tube and left. The room had dead looking plants, and we had to ask for the glass of wine that was included after our time was over. We have other examples, but I won't belabor the point here. At the end of the stay, I had to argue not to pay the local 19% hotel tax (IVA) because foreigners are excluded AND the hotel has a detailed explanation on their web page. I travel to Chile often and never had that issue at a hotel. For the price we paid, I would look for a better service elsewhere.

This is a beautiful hotel in the middle of nowhere. it has a lot of flowers, and birds, and beautiful pools. rooms are super oversized with a very pretty balconies. if you are a light sleeper if your sleep potentially will be infringed upon buy frogs, Birds and other naughty things.

yo me fui feliz de este lugar. El cantar de los pajaritos , el color de las flores y su perfume. Tranquilidad. la piscina temperrada, la tinaja, sauna,, lo disfrute al máximo. La comida excelente. precios razonables.

La tinaja caliente estaba vacía y comenzaron a llenarla cuando lo solicitamos, obviamente no pudimos usarla porque no se calentó el agua. Tampoco había desayuno buffet como decía la publicidad, cuando preguntamos porqué, se nos dijo que habían muy pocos pasajeros. La infraestructura preciosa. La atención debe mejorar bastante.

En el comedor no es buena ni rápida la atención. Conexión WiFi bastante pobre. Infraestructura agradable.

Although there were some difficulties with the booking site and the room we booked not being available, the staff were friendly and able to come up with an accommodation that was acceptable for us. Delicious food and excellent breakfast buffet.

Muy lindo lugar, cómodo, y especial para desconectar y relajar. Cercano a las viñas, a la costa. Comida muy buena, y atención. Muy recomendable.

Tiene un ambiente muy relajante, rica comida, y buena atencion por parte de todo el personal. Lo unico malo es que los baños le falta mantencion.
