  Nice place, very heartwarming staff, close to popular landmarks also. Room is neat and clean, even have a fridge and hairdryer.

  Stayed in a single room. It was spacious, had lockers, and even a tv. Entire hostel only has 2 bathrooms and only one has a shower. Kitchen is small but contains all the essentials. Hostel was very quiet and did not have much of a social environment if you are a solo traveler.

  The staff was very friendly, the beds were comfortable and the place was clean. If you need good internet this is the place, it was extremely fast 60+Mbps

  The hostel has a great potential - it is located in the heart of Valparaíso, the rooms are not too small, the kitchen is well equipped and it has a nice terrace (unfortunately to the interior but still nice to sit outside in summer)
  Unfortunately there were certain things that could be improved.
  First of all, the staff was not the friendliest and made you sometimes feel like an intruder instead of a welcome guest. That somehow dominated the mood among the other guests, too so that there was little conversation.
  Secondly the breakfast was a bit too little for the number of guests so that there was a bit of a competition to get some sandwiches
  There's only one shower so you often had to wait until you could have one.
  And the last thing was that we had a room directly next to the bathroom and many times it smelled a bit of sewage.
  
  All in all I'd say it is an ok hostel, and you pretty much get what you pay for but still it could be better.

  Perfect location in a safety zone close to the center. Hostal is clean, breakfast is great. Recommended.
