Excelente atención. Las instalaciones son cómodas y amplias. Los desayunos presentan diferentes opciones. Buenas vistas. Solo algo ruidoso por la noche, pero muy recomendable.

Construido en lo alto de una colina es ideal para pasajeros con auto ya que partes acercarse al centro hay que bajar por una calle con 118 escalones.
Tiene una linda vista de la ciudad de Puerto Montt. Las habitaciones son amplias y confortables, bien equipada y con baños amplios. Tiene 4 pisos por escalera, algo que dificulta el acceso a las habitaciones. El personal es muy amable y con un trato muy agradable. Incluye desayuno, una terraza con vista a la ciudad, estacionamiento restringido.

Reservamos este hotel por su tranquilidad y un poco alejado del centro, se confirmó la reserva 1 semana antes con la recepcionista Ximena a través de mail hasta ahí ningún problema. Cuando llegamos el día 20 de febrero arbitrariamente nos cambiaron de hotel porque de acuerdo a Ximena íbamos a estar demasiados días. Pésimo momento para jamas volver a este establecimiento. Tampoco recibimos ningun tipo de disculpa por parte de la gerencia y menos de la dueña. Un verdadero fiasco.

Las habitaciones pequeñas pero muy acogedoras, limpias, calientitas y la cama comodísima. Lo malo: el desayuno; muy básico y poca variedad. Cuando llegamos, no había espacio para sentarnos.

Arriving at the Hotel was a bit difficult, as sign is not really visible, when not coming from the right side. Also there were people working on the entrance to the backyard parking, so we thought it would have been closedAsking the receptionist, she was not really willing to come out and help us to getting in, finally we drove our car to the backside parking space, full of working cement, and 4 people renovating the entrance. Parking was for 2 cars only, and the receptionist went away, so we didn´t know, how and where to enter the house. Finally we knocked on the kitchens door and a nice lady from the kitchen let us in. Checking in was not really a warm welcome, as the receptionist maybe had a bad daybut finally we arrived at our 2 bedroom space, which was Ok, as the kids where sleeping at the room next door. The rooms are very dark and in the groundfloor space, so we had to close curtains, as the people where still working outside. No nice view. The bathroom was spacious, but really old, the tub was covered with mold in some areas,and where in contrast to the newer rooms. After all, the linen sheet from one of our pillow was totally outweared and had cuts in it. I had to go to the reception and get it changed, no words of excuse from there. One TV doesn´t work, cable problems. In the morning breakfast was after all really basic, toast, coffee, 2 marmelades. No eggs or joghurt was served. After i have read the other reviews I found it really funny, how good the other people reviewed the Hotel, maybe they stayed somewhere else?
