I had a really interesting stay here. It was fascinating to be here during an earthquake! The staff was super friendly and the room was comfortable. The view out of the window was nice and you could see the cruise ships coming in.

Comfortable rooms, try to get an ocean view. Free WI-FI and parking. The lift takes you from the hotel, directly to the mall.

A good hotel with a great view. The reception desk and restaurant are on a high floor to take advantage of this feature. The food offering is good - breakfast is varied with local offerings, off-hours selections are available (great when you arrive after a long travel day).
The meeting rooms unfortunately don't take any advantage of the view, but instead have a "basement" feel - no windows.
The gym is also very basic (2 or 3 treadmills and 2-3 stationary bikes) but it does the trick. They should definitely add some way to clean the equipment though - wipes or spray for people to use after use!!
Overall, a good experience with extremely helpful staff and clean amenities. I would return for another business trip.

I've been to many seaside hotels that get it wrong when it comes to the view. This hotel, however, gets it completely right. Floor to ceiling windows make you feel like you are on the water. This, coupled with the exceptional service in Spanish and English, makes it one of my favourites!
