Está muy bueno este hotel

Hotel en el centro de la ciudad. La habitacion triple muy bonita y bien limpia. El unico problema fue el calor que tuvimos que pasar durante la noche. Tienen aire acondicionado espectacular, pero no quisimos dejarlo prendido por temor a resfriarnos. El desayudo buffet surtido. En general muy buen lugar y recomendable. Frio no se pasa -.o

Buen lugar céntrico puedes tomar locomoción a cualquier lugar. Limpio, buen servicio de recepción , mucamas y cocina. Habitaciones agradables, camas cómodas y con aire acondicionado (indispensable en un clima caluroso) Buen desayuno con excepción de que no hay café en grano, sino de sobre. El café complementaria a la perfección el buen y preocupado desayuno que ofrecen. Lo recomiendo absolutamente. Sin duda, una buena estadía, para una ciudad turística como Arica.

Extremely disappointing, beside the position everything was really not ok: heavily overpriced for the carnival; room only had a window on the common passage, meaning no privacy at all, plus the tend provided wasn’t dark at all and all night you had light coming from hotel lights (that are always on); bathroom with no window is disgusting; sheets were dirty and they didn’t even change them the second day, as they had exactly the same stains; beds had wheels which were impossible to block, you couldn’t avoid having the bed moving all over the place every time you touched it; breakfast only served warm dishes on monday after the carnival, clearly they don’t care about mantaining the same service when more people are in the hotel. But the worse of all was that the window opening on the common passage didn’t even shut properly and could be opened from outside without any problem; i asked at the reception, they said they would have fixed it, the day after they said they were going to do it the same day and nothing ever happened. As a result i had to spend 3 overpriced day in a room keeping everything in locked luggage as anyone could get in my room; i understand problems, but lying to your face just show total disrispect for the customers, they just don’t care.
With what they charge i expected much, much more, you can find much better in arica.response / report this review -

Las instalaciones se han ido deteriorando sin una mantencion adecuada, la habitación en q estuve tenía filtraciones en la ducha, los muebles sin tiradores. Al contrario el personal de recepción es más amable q en mis visitas anteriores
