False publicity, they offer free shuttle from the hotel to the airport but at the reception they informed you that it has a price for every person. When you finally get to the room you realize that is not the king size bed they offer at booking but instead a doble bed, that at least are queen size. The bathroom is really small and not clean. The attention from the staff is not great and some of the have a bad attitude. It looks like a cheap motel for the price, really disappointed

Leave your key inserted in the white box by the entrance of the door, if not the lights will turn off 1min later. I wasn't sure how to use that, and when I went to ask the front desk, a staff member laughed at me infront of other customers and the manager. Other than that, the location is fine, rooms are clean, pool is a bit small, and the restaurant seemed to be fairly busy.

It's a little dated and dirty in places, but by Chilean standards it's still dated and a bit dirty. However, it is very secure and a great friendly staff

Are there better hotels Yes, but given is location to the airport it is reasonably priced.

Would I stay here again, my first choice would be the Holiday Inn right in the middle of the airport. It's modern and only a little bit more expensive. But if they were full or the price at the Holiday Inn was over $160 a night I would come back as this was only $120 a night

Nice hotel with good breakfast. But gave us a twin room when we booked a king room, said they couldn't do anything about it.

A lovely, new hotel close to the airport with a great restaurant. The rooms are clean and new and modern. Also a good value for the experience.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Wifi hardley works
Bugs in room
Dirt everywhere
No hot water
TV didn't work
Aircon didn't work
Staff were hopeless and unhelpful
Food was terrible especially the breakfast
Cards to room constantly failed
Lifts didn't work

PITCH A TENT ON THE SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY BEFORE STEPPING FOOT INTO THIS HOTEL.

They told us on the phone while we were in the airport that it would cost 9,000 pesos, but when we arrived they said we could not put 3 people in a room with 2 beds and they changed the price to 100,000 pesos per room for two rooms. In total it cost us about $400 USD and was the worst rip-off I have ever seen in my life. DO NOT STAY HERE!
